My path to osteopathy began with a childhood curiosity in what makes the body work, especially when it came to what could make me go faster on the ice playing hockey. After completing a bachelor’s degree in human kinetics, working in personal training and gym management merged my interests in athletic performance and biomechanics. When a referral to an osteopathic manual practitioner provided me with the first relief in years for some persistent sport injuries, I knew I needed to investigate what a career in the field would look like.

I am committed to helping my patients meet their goals, whether that be living pain-free or improving athletic performance. I believe in a holistic approach to health, and I am motivated by finding the root cause of pain or dysfunction to resolve it sustainably.

Outside of the clinic, I stay active and enjoy nature, especially with my wife and dog Briggs.
